What happens if these cameras stop working?

Every Spot AI device is covered by a 100% hardware warranty. If one stops working, we ship a replacement with a return label for the old unit.

Do I need to replace all my cameras with Spot cameras?

In nearly all cases, no. Spot AI is camera-agnostic and works with virtually any IP camera, so you can keep the cameras you already have if you're happy with the feed quality.
