The AI Operations Assistant standardizes every shift with SOP tracking, scorecards, and coaching. The AI Safety Manager works around the clock to surface hazards and risk events. All three run on your existing cameras.
What is AI Talkdown and how does Spot AI deter intruders?
AI Talkdown is Spot AI's natural-conversation deterrence. When the platform detects a real event, it escalates through three levels, from lights and sirens to a context-aware spoken message that calls out what it sees and asks the person to leave. It is part of the platform, so you act on a situation in real time rather than only review it later.
Does Spot AI work with my existing cameras?
Yes. Spot AI is camera-agnostic and runs on virtually any ONVIF-compliant IP camera, including Avigilon, Axis, Hanwha, and Pelco, across 100+ brands. There is no rip-and-replace and no camera lock-in, so most sites go live in days. Full-resolution video stays on-site on an Intelligent Video Recorder (IVR), and only metadata leaves the network.
Is Spot AI secure and compliant?
Yes. Spot AI is zero-trust and secure by design, NDAA-compliant, and SOC 2 audited. Its hybrid edge-to-cloud design keeps full-resolution footage on-premises and sends only metadata to the cloud, so video stays PCI-clean and bandwidth stays low.
